Cold brew, done right
Classic cold brew is steeped slow and cold, so it lands smooth and low-acid — none of the burnt, bitter edge a hot pot picks up by mid-morning. On tap it stays cold and consistent from the first pour to the last.
Nitro cold brew is infused with nitrogen and poured through a stout faucet, so it cascades into a dense, creamy head and drinks almost like a dessert — no milk or sugar needed. Put nitro on one tap and classic on the other and the office gets both textures on demand.
